Today, i'm just thankful for all the people who have stayed by me in times of the good and bad. Was being so upset the whole of yesterday and today because i couldn't get my hands on the Grimace hello kitty. : ( 

Tried my luck at white sands' macs and i got cheated by the staff la. So pissed off i almost wanted to smash the counter man. Pfft. Tried the second time in school and no luck still. Went livid and then swung 180 degrees to depressed mode. A lesson learnt: Never do things at the eleventh hour. 

Spent the rest of the day in school with a grouchy face until around 6:30pm i received a call from baby (after numerous missed calls) and i swear his words made my day! *hops around* 

That silly boy actually called up the whole of sg's macs to enquire which outlet is still selling the grimace kitty. Hahahah omg i don't know whether to cry or laugh! Truth be told, i'm actually very touched. Really. Chan ruk ter mak mak. -inserts kisses-

Peranakan Museum

Went to Peranakan Museum last weekend for our project research and the following are just some photos taken which i think are interesting in my opinion.

Peranakans take every photo with a glum face because it's something considered solemn and important. Smiling means you don't take anything seriously, thus they looked glum and sad in each and every photo.

Wedding head gear and set which weighed up to 10kg in total. Imagine the bride having a massive headache after her wedding ceremony trolol poor thing. The right one was made with blue kingfishers' feathers!

Handmade beadwork. Made up of 64 beads per sq metres and lined with gold seams. So pretty!

Dowry given to the bride.

Bridal gifts and offerings.

Nuptial chamber. Peranakans love it when they decorate stuff. They hate it plain.

Bridal wear. Phoenix are auspicious symbols. They signify bliss and good luck.

Kam cheng, where you used it to contain water for drinking. I love the intricate designs.

Kitchen.

HAHAHAHAH cannot stop laughing at this. What happened to Sir Stamford Raffles? Look like a trail of bird shit to me and tourists were gathering around to take a photo, lol.

Awesome chocolate pizza from Max Brenner's, it was sinfully good and i'm definitely going back to try their signature waffles, lava cake and fondue. Looks pretty easy to make the chocolate pizza, contains lotsa bananas, hazelnuts, nutella, marshmallows and peanut butter. Maybe i should attempt to make for baby one fine day. : )

And yeahhhhhhh, new additions to my makeup pouch. Late night shopping after ROM exam. Brain was fried from the info overload and i ended up with truckloads of question marks when i see section b. I was like, WHAT THE FUCK.

Pretty mundane week and i'm sure as hell next week couldn't be any better. Exams round the corner and i need to buck up for my accounting. Know nuts about that shit and all those numbers are making me dizzy. I hate numbers.

Unproductive

My favourite childhood drink! Wangzai!!! Bought this from my school's Cheers. Baby said he hasn't tried this before so imma get him this one of these days! It's really really good, and milky.

Travelled to tpy to get baby some durian x cheese x chocolate chip custard buns and was planning to surprise him, but like he said, "your surprise is always a failed surprise because i'm just too clever for you." SIGH, Y LIKE THAT? In the end i'm the one being surprised. That sweet boy got me my favourite kinder joys hahahahah irritating.

Woke up by mommy for some last min plan to go for some famous prawn mee at east coast rd.

Really hate my drooping eyelashes. Asian lashes are always like this, was contemplating to go for some eyelash extension (not curling) but i was afraid they will keep dropping? Any gd recommendations? :(

Got home craving for some pizzas and just nice bff texted me, "Wanna go Nex for some pizzas?"

Talk about telepathy okay.

BFF!!! Missed him so much! Haven't seen him in like months! 

Complexion is getting worse and i looked like i haven't slept in years. Lol at my eyebags, i look like a panda, fuck. 

Forever no change man these people. Hahahahahah.

Had an awesome night catching up with old friends and dinner. And i still cannot stop laughing over just now. U-turned thrice because bff was unsure about the route to pasir ris from macpherson and i have night blindness so i kept telling him wrong directions trolol. 

i finally bid him goodbye when his bike stops me at the carpark. 

Heheheh gonna nom on the stickys bff bought for me and then it's bedtime! Goodnight!

*P.S. What happened to studying on the weekends for Tue's exam? Lolol okay must must must study a lil bit after i get home from later's project meeting with my mates!
